Friends House wins Best Conference Venue Bronze award!

On Friday 22 November, Friends House won the Bronze award for Best Conference Venue at the London Venue and Catering Awards. This award places us among the top conference venues in London. The judges recognized our amazing team of event professionals, great flexibility, focus on inclusion, and sustainability. Here’s why we stood out and why you should choose Friends House for your next event.

Affordable rates and flexible bookings

Our central London location and affordable rates make us a venue of choice for event bookers. For example, in our newest meeting suites, Benjamin Lay and Leslie Forster, Day Delegate Rates are £84 (premium) and £89 (premium plus), inclusive of VAT.
Wherever possible we offer flexibility with your booking, as we know things sometimes can take an unexpected turn. Our Sales & Events team is always here to assist you in finding the perfect conference setting.

Our team took great pleasure in assisting with the organization of the Reparations Conference, recognizing its immense significance, particularly during Black History Month. To mark the occasion, we curated a special themed menu, featuring beloved Caribbean and African culinary staples. Our menu showcased delightful dishes like Jollof rice, Jerk chicken, plantains, and even offered a Jerk tofu option for our vegan guests. Our dedicated team catered to more than 300 attendees at our Seed Café.

Innovative catering for your conference

In September 2024, we partnered with Thomas Franks to create a new event catering offer. Always seasonal and sustainable, our food is a delight, which will power you throughout your event. Why not try our ‘Plant The Difference’ menu? This plant-based menu is good for the planet as we plant a tree for every 40 delegates this menu is ordered for. This year, we launched our alcohol-free and mocktail drinks package, served with canapes. The perfect way to end a day of conference!
