What makes Friends House different?

Cecilia B Avatar

Friends House, a London conference venue with values. With so many event venues to choose from in London, how do you find one that not only delivers on professionalism but also aligns with your values?

At Friends House, we offer more than just meeting rooms. We’re a unique events venue in the heart of Euston that brings together sustainability, accessibility and ethical business. Whether you’re planning a team away day, AGM or major conference, we offer flexible spaces backed by a purpose-driven approach.

A Values-Led Space

Friends House is the home of Quakers in Britain. That means our work is rooted in values like peace, equality, and simplicity. When you book a room here, you’re doing more than just hiring a space, you’re supporting a wider charitable mission. All of our surplus goes towards work that makes a difference, including campaigns for climate justice, human rights, and peacebuilding.

Sustainability That Means Something

We take sustainability seriously. From ethical sourcing and waste reduction to thoughtful partnerships, we continually seek ways to minimise our environmental impact. Our on-site Seed Café is 100% vegan and vegetarian, and we work with ethical caterer Thomas Franks Ltd, who offer locally sourced, seasonal menus with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Sustainability isn’t a marketing line for us, it’s a long-standing commitment rooted in our values.

Accessible and Inclusive for Everyone

Friends House is designed to be welcoming for all. We offer full step-free access, accessible toilets, and hearing loops in our larger rooms. Our team is trained to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported, whatever their access needs.
