Friends House puts customers first and is awarded WorldHost Business Recognition
Friends House has become the latest organisation in the UK to gain national recognition for its commitment to customer service, after being awarded WorldHost Business Recognition.
What is the WorldHost Business Recognition?
WorldHost is a suite of world-class customer service training programmes that have already been used to train over 300,000 people in the UK. The programme has been used to deliver the highest level of customer service at some of the most high profile global events including the 2021 London Olympics, Rugby World Cup 2015 and The 2019 Open at Royal Portrush.
WorldHost Business Recognition is awarded to businesses that have trained 50% or more of their staff using the WorldHost programmes and have signed up to the WorldHost Customer Service Excellence Charter. With over 95% of our staff trained to WorldHost standards, Friends House has officially become a WorldHost Recognised Business.
Our commitment to customer service excellence
On receiving the recognition, Katie Stroud, Business Development and Revenue Manager, commented: “We are passionate about service standards and are incredibly proud to have achieved WorldHost Business Recognition. When our customers see the WorldHost logo displayed in our business, they’ll know that we have made a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for them. Not only does this generate a positive buzz about the service we offer, but it helps to promote Euston as a friendly and welcoming tourist destination. ”
The WorldHost Business Recognition is the continuation of our work to achieve excellent customer service through training and a series of commitments. This is what one of our clients said about us on TrustPilot: “Excellent venue, great catering and wonderful friendly staff to make our event run so well. We always have great service and this continued in such a great central London location.” Your meetings and events are in good hands with us. Why does it matter?
The WorldHost programmes are developed by skills expert, People 1st International to help businesses gain a competitive edge and aim to build life-long, transferable skills creating better interactions with people – colleagues, customers and visitors.
The WorldHost recognition certificate is valid for three years and is a great way for businesses to build trust, attract, and retain new customers through positive marketing of their brand and customer experience commitment.
